The pylons we design and build are never "popsicles" (a rectangular box on top of a pole), but rather they reflect the vocabulary of the architecture.

While most are built on an outright purchase basis, some of our developer clients opt for a pylon at no cost to them, with leasing rights for space on the pylon remaining with The Brothers Markle Inc.
